Shipping Policy

Mylinia ensures the delivery of its products in mainland France as well as internationally. Delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery may take:

  • Metropolitan France: 5 to 7 working days.
  • Europe: 5 to 10 working days.
  • International: 7 to 20 working days.

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carriers and peak periods.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when placing the order based on weight, destination and the chosen shipping method. Shipping is free for all orders over €50 in mainland France.

Mylinia offers several delivery methods:

  • Standard delivery: via postal services.
  • Express delivery: via private carriers.
  • Tracked delivery: with tracking number available.

A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent as soon as the order is shipped. The customer will be able to track the progress of their package via the carrier's website.

In case of delay or loss of package, the customer is invited to contact our customer service at service.mylinia@gmail.com . An investigation will be opened with the carrier concerned.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. Mylinia cannot be held responsible for delivery to an incorrect address.

Upon receipt of the package, it is advisable to check the condition of the package in the presence of the delivery person. In case of damaged package, the customer must refuse delivery and immediately contact our customer service.
